IV Sedation: How closely will my child be monitored?

At the conclusion of treatment, the patient will be somewhat groggy for the remainder of the day, but will not recall anything about their appointment. Depending on what procedure was completed, medication for discomfort may be dispensed with follow-up visits recommended.
